Eligibility for Exchange and Return

- Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Condition of Product:
- Items must be returned in the same condition as delivered, with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards intact.
- Products showing signs of use, tampering, or damage will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Items such as software, earphones, and opened batteries cannot be returned unless they are defective.
- Products that fall under hygiene or safety restrictions may not be eligible for returns.
Defective or Incorrect Products

Defective Items:
- If a product is found defective, it can be returned for repair, replacement, or a full refund.
- Defects must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Incorrect Orders:
- In case of receiving the wrong product, the item can be exchanged after verification.
- Ensure the incorrect product is unused and in original condition.
Procedure for Exchange/Return

- Provide proof of purchase, product images, and details of the issue.
- Pack the product securely for pickup or delivery to the provided return address.
- After inspection, we will process your exchange or refund within 7 working days.
Refund Policy
- Refunds for eligible returns will be processed through the original payment method or as store credit.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective or incorrect product).
Warranty Claims
For products with a manufacturer’s warranty, customers may directly contact the brand’s service center or coordinate through us for assistance.
