  • Remote Areas: Up to 10 business days.
  • Delivery timelines are subject to product availability, location, and external factors such as weather or transport delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the product. Charges will be displayed at checkout before confirming your order.
  • Free shipping may be offered for specific products or order values during promotional periods.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Customers will receive an order confirmation email with tracking details once the shipment is dispatched.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via email or SMS. You can track your shipment through the courier service's website or contact our customer support team for assistance.

6. Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address details or unavailability of the recipient, the package may be returned to us. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Damage During Transit

  • We take utmost care in packaging your products. However, if the item is damaged during transit, please report the issue to us within 24 hours of receiving the package with supporting photographs.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Ideal Gadgets serves customers within Pakistan only.
